Delivering the citizens advice service across the whole of West Dunbartonshire

West Dunbartonshire CAB offers general advice and assistance across a wide range of subjects to local residents. A fuller explanation of these is given in the advice section. Where we cannot help you, we will do everything in our power to give you the contact details of someone who can.

SERVICE UPDATE

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and in recognition of our duty of care to our staff, volunteers, their families, and our clients we have temporarily closed our offices to all visitors. As a result, we cannot currently offer any appointments or our drop-in service.

However, advice can still be sought through our  Contact Us section or by phoning us.

We have also created specific information pages which you may find useful:

COVID19 - General Health & Wellbeing

COVID19 - Benefit Entitlements and ongoing claims

COVID19 - Employment Rights and advice

Help us to continue our work

Each Citizens Advice Bureau in Scotland is a registered charity and raises its own funds, please contact us to find out how you can make a donation. Alternatively you can make a donation to Citizens Advice Scotland to help us support bureaux to give quality advice, deliver vital services like the Citizens Advice Consumer Service and carry out campaigning and influencing work so that those in power change things for the better.
